  • Staging | Jennifer offers an economical approach to staging. Being an investor herself, she realizes the need and benefit for staging. Staging a home can significantly impact its sale price and time on the market. Here are some key benefits backed by statistics:

    • 1. Higher Sale Price: Homes that are staged tend to sell for more money. According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR), 23% of buyers' agents said that staging a home increased the dollar value offered by 1% to 5% compared to similar homes that were not staged. In some cases, the increase can be even higher.

    • 2. Faster Sales: Staged homes sell faster than non-staged homes. The NAR reports that 39% of sellers' agents said staging a home significantly decreased the amount of time the home was on the market.

    • 3. Positive First Impression: Staging helps create a great first impression. According to a survey by the Real Estate Staging Association, 90% of buyers find it easier to visualize a property as their future home when it is staged.

    • 4. Broad Appeal: Staged homes often appeal to a broader range of buyers. The same NAR survey noted that 82% of buyers' agents said staging a home made it easier for a buyer to visualize the property as a future home.

    • 5. Professional Photos: Staged homes typically result in better photographs, which are crucial since 97% of buyers use the internet to search for homes, according to the NAR. High-quality photos attract more potential buyers to view the property in person.

    • 6. Highlighting Best Features: Staging helps highlight a home’s best features and downplay its flaws. This can be particularly useful in competitive markets where first impressions are critical.

    • 7. Emotional Connection: Staging can help buyers form an emotional connection to the home. The NAR survey found that 49% of buyers’ agents believe that home staging has an effect on most buyers' view of the home.

    • Overall, staging is a strategic investment that can lead to a quicker sale and potentially higher offers. For first-time homebuyers and young families, this can mean moving into their new home faster and with less hassle.

  • Remodeling | Jennifer offers a unique service on assisting her clients with remodeling their home. Do you have a home that could sell for 30% higher but needs some TLC? Jennifer and her team can help front that cost and head up the renovations before putting it on the market and get paid at closing. Terms and conditions vary by case.
